I've been using it for 3 weeks and I'm starting to see the benefits. The charts were really clear and helped me to see some of my many food sensitivities so far. It's been super helpful to see the fodmaps of every food I log too because I'm also seeing it's the high oligos which seem to cause most of my flare ups.
I have both IBS and GERD (yeah, lucky me). I only started tracking because my GI recommended me but so glad I found this app since lets me filter the analysis for both through symptom filters.
